It is expected that once final numbers for the year are reported, 2015 will have seen a record number of sales in the Sarasota-Manatee market. There were already 19,020 sales reported as of the end of November, a few hundred sales short of showing the highest number of sales in the 100 years the Realtor association has kept records. A closer look at the numbers also shows prices are higher than they have been in years. A graph, released by the Realtors Association of Sarasota-Manatee, shows that in Sarasota County, the median sales price in November was $228,750, 18.5 percent higher than the same month in 2014. The statistics also show that since March, every month of 2015 has seen a median sales price for homes higher than any month in the prior four years.

I first met Michael about 3 years ago when I bought my apartment in 1350 Main street This was an investment property to rent and as I live in the UK, I needed all the help and advise I could get. Plus he was a fellow Brit living in Sarasota for 20 years. He was so helpful with the purchase and renting that I bought another 2 apartment in the same blocJ.N. UK
Michael Granston is wonderful! We worked with Michael (as out of state buyers) to purchase a condo in downtown Sarasota. Michael was so helpful, patient, kind, knowledgeable and dependable. He was easy to get ahold of and made the entire buying experience stress free! We are so happy that we met Michael, he is now our "go to" agent!J.H. OH
