I first met Michael about 3 years ago when I bought my apartment in 1350 Main street This was an investment property to rent and as I live in the UK, I needed all the help and advise I could get. Plus he was a fellow Brit living in Sarasota for 20 years. He was so helpful with the purchase and renting that I bought another 2 apartment in the same blocJ.N. UK
Michael Granston is wonderful! We worked with Michael (as out of state buyers) to purchase a condo in downtown Sarasota. Michael was so helpful, patient, kind, knowledgeable and dependable. He was easy to get ahold of and made the entire buying experience stress free! We are so happy that we met Michael, he is now our "go to" agent!J.H. OH
